Ticino Grappa
Grappa is one of Ticino's signature spirits. Ticinorganic offers it barrique-aged, with Ticino honey and with herbs, alongside a selection of fruit brandies.
Grappa or fruit brandy: what's the difference?
Grappa is distilled from pomace, the grape skins left after pressing. Fruit brandy is distilled from fermented fruit, such as Williams pears or the cherries used for kirsch. That is why we present the two families separately.
